Both invited speakers and those wishing to present a poster must submit an abstract by the deadline. There will be a limit of one poster presentation per participant. No abstracts will be accepted from those who are not registered for the meeting. The deadline for early registration and poster abstract submissions is May 1, 2008. After May 1st, you will still be able to register. However, the registration will be at an increased rate. Further, you will not be permitted to submit an abstract or give a poster. Registration and hotel accommodation will also be accepted via the website. July is high season and hotels are in high demand. Space has been reserved at an excellent hotel, the Riviera, at very competitive rates for ISMSC delegates, but you must book early! (Book here) Early registration with a hotel discount rate will expire on May 1, 2008.
